Local recordings save as MP4 to a folder on your computer (Settings → Recording shows the path). Cloud recordings can be downloaded from your Zoom account web portal. Either way, upload the MP4 to Video to Markdown.

Where do Zoom local recordings save?
On Mac: ~/Documents/Zoom/. On Windows: C:\Users\YourName\Documents\Zoom\. Settings → Recording shows your current path. Each meeting gets its own subfolder with the MP4 inside.
How do I download Zoom cloud recordings?
In your Zoom web portal → Recordings → Cloud Recordings → Download. The MP4 file lands in your Downloads folder. Then upload here.
Is this an alternative to Otter / Fireflies?

Are there file-size limits on the upload?
Episode-length recordings under approximately 1 GB process reliably. Longer or higher-bitrate recordings may need to be split or have audio extracted with ffmpeg first.
