The workflow
Download your meeting recording (cloud or local) as MP4 or MOV. Open Video to Markdown, upload, click Convert, download the structured .md. Punctuated text, sections at topic shifts, timestamp anchors. No speaker labels: we transcribe what was said, not who said it.
Extracting action items
Paste the Markdown into Claude or ChatGPT with the prompt "extract action items and deadlines if mentioned". The section structure and the names people say out loud make this reliable. Distribute the resulting list via email or paste into your meeting-tracking tool.
What this isn't
This is post-recording conversion, not a real-time meeting bot. We don't join your call, we don't need calendar access, we don't have a Chrome extension.
