2. Twitter / X thread (8-15 tweets)
"Pull the 8-15 most quotable, standalone insights from this transcript. Each tweet under 270 characters. First tweet hooks the topic and promises the thread. Last tweet links to the full video. Bold concrete numbers and counterintuitive claims. Avoid corporate-speak. No hashtags except one at the end."

5. YouTube description with chapter timestamps
